Meeting & Event Management
We’ll manage the meeting space(s), help you envision your theme, arrange all your audio-visual needs, and be the liason with other campus partners (custodial, venue managers, etc.)
Registration Services
Services available include website development and design, and tracking everything from individual registrant data, workshop choices, menu exceptions (food allergies, etc.), space management, menu planning, and billing.
Food Options
From simple coffee and pastries to a-la-carte receptions to sit-down meals, our full catering services can accommodate every need, including menu exceptions (food allergies, etc.).

Our team can set you up in any of our campus venues including conference centers, performance venues, student centers, athletic venues, and outdoor recreation spaces.

We make it easy for guests to stay comfortable and close to the action with residence halls available during the summer or year-round access to our full-service Courtyard by Marriott hotel adjacent to Clayton Conference Center.
