The University of Delaware has three meeting and event venues on two campuses that have extensively prepared to safely host multi-day meetings and events. While each venue has its own style and distinct offerings — all let you relax in familiar locations.
Clayton Conference Center
Advantage: Lots (and lots) of Space
The area’s largest meeting venue is right in your backyard. Consisting of an open lobby surrounded by smaller meeting rooms, an auditorium, and a ballroom, Clayton is an easy layout to work with. Need even more options? Spill over into our very own Courtyard Marriott next door.
Audion & Atrium at the Tower at STAR Campus
Advantage: Fresh Starts
Delaware’s prestigious, high-tech collaboration space is the centerpiece of South Campus. This is where meetings go for fresh starts – which includes a living wall that improves air quality. If you’re looking to build momentum, you’re in the right place.
Virden Retreat Center
Advantage: Self-Contained and Coastal
What could be better than meeting down by the shore? Virden is a self-contained campus with several configurable meeting rooms, 23 overnight guestrooms, indoor/outdoor dining, vast open grounds – all surrounded by wetlands – making it an oasis for small events, meetings, workshops and retreats.
